Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County is an activity of the Council of Orange County Society of St. Vincent de Paul and is recognized as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN: 95-3033494


A member of Feeding America (formerly named America’s Second Harvest), Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County is on the move to eliminate hunger in our county. This non-profit organization partners with nearly 400 member agencies to execute its many unique food collection programs. Since 1983, the Food Bank has provided more than 245 million pounds of donated and surplus food to those in need—more than 122,500 tons!

With the help of thousands of local volunteers, Second Harvest’s programs service those who are most vulnerable—children, the elderly, the working poor and the homeless, offering them a fighting chance to succeed at work, school or other goals in life.
